Many small businesses struggle to reach and retain new customers, lacking an online presence diminishes the accessibility of their products to customers. Marketing is seen as an extra load for such businesses and only having social media pages and maybe an online store has proven not to be enough.
We at LocalBloom are targeting small businesses in the locality and introducing them to an e-commerce platform that connects all small businesses in the region to one marketplace to be easily accessible to end-users(Customers). We intend to build a bridge between small businesses and End-users, building customer engagement and retention.
